By using Builder Finder UK, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to everyone who uses the site, including people looking for a tradesperson and the businesses listed on it. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the site.

Use of the site
Builder Finder UK is a directory that helps people find local trades businesses. We do not endorse, recommend or guarantee any business listed. A listing is not a referral, and it is not a statement about a business’s qualifications, registrations, insurance, work or suitability for your job. We do not check them.
You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose, send us false or misleading information, impersonate another person or business, or try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.
Listings
Listings are built from publicly available business information and may be incomplete or out of date. A business, or someone it has authorised, can ask us to correct or remove its listing by emailing support@builderfinderuk.co.uk. We may ask for proof that the request comes from the business.
Work between you and a business
Quotes, prices, contracts, timing, workmanship, guarantees and payment are agreed between you and the business. Builder Finder UK is not a party to that agreement and takes no part in it. Before work starts, check that the business has the qualifications, registrations and insurance the job needs.
Disclaimers and liability
We do not promise that the site will always be available or that every listing is accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited, and nothing in them takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
